FEMME DE CONSÉQUENCE was built from a specific observation: accomplished women are consistently underpositioned relative to their actual capability. The gap is not a confidence problem. It is a structural one.
Justyna BeyShe built a career, built platforms, built visible credibility — and kept watching the same pattern repeat. Women who had done everything right. Women who were prepared, capable, and structurally invisible anyway.
She studied art history. She understands, precisely, how decisions about significance are made — and how rarely they are made on merit alone.
CONSEQUENTIAL emerged from that observation. Not from a single industry, but from a pattern that crosses all of them: that the frameworks available to ambitious women are almost entirely oriented toward healing, mindset, and self-improvement — and almost entirely silent on structure, weight, and how consequence is actually assigned.
The two-currency framework is not a coaching methodology. It is not a wellness system. It is a structural analysis of why capable women remain invisible — and a precise mechanism for changing that.
